TriArion Logistics is a veteran-owned logistics and acquisitions firm dedicated to supporting the operational needs of the Department of Defense. Founded by three managing members with decades of combined military service and defense-industry leadership, TriArion applies real-world experience, disciplined execution, and mission-aligned precision to every operation.
Chad Gill — Co-Founder
A 23-year Special Operations veteran with a 100% service-connected disability rating, Chad spent his career executing high-risk, high-precision missions worldwide. His background in strategic operations, tactical logistics, and mission planning defines TriArion’s operational culture: disciplined, efficient, and focused on supporting the warfighter.
Jacob Gill — Co-Founder
A veteran and long-time defense-industry professional with more than 15 years supporting critical DoD programs. Jacob’s experience spans engineering and systems support, security and compliance, acquisition alignment, logistics coordination, and structured program oversight. His background shapes TriArion’s commitment to accuracy, compliance, and clear communication—without offering program management consulting as a service.
Nicholas Gill — Co-Founder
A veteran with extensive experience in portfolio management, construction project oversight, and large-scale operational planning. Nicholas has managed multimillion-dollar efforts requiring resource coordination, cross-functional leadership, risk awareness, and long-horizon planning. His experience strengthens TriArion’s strategic perspective and disciplined approach to logistics and acquisitions.
